Wild Flowers is a small local nursery in Michigan focused on helping people create imaginative and diverse gardens. We specialize in unique Northern Michigan native plants for rock and crevice gardening and offer an array of affordable and ecological low-maintenance solutions for improving the quality of any garden type. Our team can provide professional landscaping and hardscaping consultations, design, installations, and maintenance services.

The heart of our mission is to diversify local landscapes with Michigan native plants. Our goal is to help the community of Petoskey improve all green spaces with ecological techniques.

Qualifications

Owned by Chris Leifson, Wild Flowers is a small nursery that has been built from the ground up over the last decade. Chris Leifson has been actively gardening for 15 years and has a dual associate degree in biology and alternative medicine. Wild Flowers is the only Michigan rock-garden nursery whose focus is native plants. All our plant seeds have been ethically obtained and plants are grown from seed yearly.
